Life RelectionsWilla Lee Hill was born on December 1, 1929, in Vidalia,Louisiana to the late Mary HallThomas and Williams Thomas.Willa and her mother moved to Valley Park, MO in 1936. Shewas affectionately called "Bill" to close family and friends.Willa attended J. Milton Turner School in meacham Park, MOand she graduated fourth in her class from Douglas HighSchool in webster Groves, MO in June 1948.Willa began dating Francis William Hill in 1947 and they wereunited in holy matrimony on October 13, 1951. To this unionseven children were born; Francis (who proceded her in death),Mark, Anthony, Christopher, Renee, Beverly and Jeffrey.Willa accepted christ as her Lord and Savior at an early ageand was baptized at First Baptist church of Valley park. Sheserved as the church clerk for over 20 years.She leaves to cherish her loving memory: her husband,Francis; her children, Mark, Anthony (Robin), Chris, Renee,beverly and Jeffrey; daughter-in-law, Cynthia (Francis); hersister, Martha cGerren and her brother, Charles McFerren;twenty-six grandchildren, Che, Shiree, Delfon, Mark, Jr., Dana,Nicholas, Anthony, Jr., Marcus, Tyerra, Anastasia, Christopher,Jr., Whitney, Steven, Brittany, Briana, Alec, Christian, Obie,Ross, D'Andre, Jayson, Rinesha, Brandon, Samuel, jeffreyand Ani; thirty-three great-grandchildrend; a very special cousin,Louise Gaskin; her best friend, Marva Turner; and a host ofwonderdul nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.Interment:Jefferson Barracks national Cemetery2900 SheridanSt. Louis, MO 63126 .
