Vance Anthony Payne, Sr.

Life Reflections Vance Anthony Payne was born April 10, 1962 to Willie Ray Payne and Emma Lee Humphrey Payne in Memphis, Tennessee. Later he moved to St. Louis, Missouri and he graduated from Berkeley High School and continued to receive an education while serving his country. He married Patricia Payne and she preceded him in death. Vance owned and operated his own trucking company F, LLC for twenty plus years. He enjoyed restoring cars, and was involved as a free mason.
