Life ReflectionsThomas Lee Taylor was born April 28, 1938 to Mae Anna Taylor in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He departed this life at 6:15 p.m., on Monday, September 12, 2016, at Missouri Baptist Medical Center. Thomas enlisted in the Air Force and served three years. he later, worked as a Police Officer for the VA hospital in Detroit, Michigan where he retired. His final retirement, he had 10 years for the Southfield School District as a school bus driver. Preceding him in death were his grandparents Dempsey and Betty Taylor; his mother Mae Anna Taylor, daughter Angelina and brother Kenneth. In 1965, Thomas married Sheila Benton and two children were born. He leaves to cherish his memory: children, Gidget and Brian (Chandra); grandchildren, Vaughn, Hick, B.J., MaShae, Angelina, Chris, Eric, and Tay; greats-grand-children, Janicea and Brian III "Tre"; very special aunt, Sellma Adkins; sister, Francis; cousin, Alexander "Rick"; Detroit grandson, Damian; three sisters-in-law, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
