Life Reflections Tabitha, affectionately known as Tabby, was born May 11, 1968 in St. Louis, Missouri. Tabitha was the first born of four children; sister, Anita Franks (Georgia), brother, Danny Franks (St. Louis) and brother, Brandon Hoyle (St. Louis). Tabitha loved her grandmother, aunts, uncles and cousins. Tabitha was educated in the St. Louis Public School System. She loved to go to church.She loved all types of music. Tabitha volunteered at the St. Louis V.A. Medical Centerfor 23 years. In 2015 she received the Life Time Achievement Award from President Barack Obama. Tabitha was a football and wrestling fan. Her favorite football team was the DallasCowboys and her favorite all time wrestler was the Undertaker. Tabitha had a memory like an elephant, once she met you, you were never forgotten.She would always greet you with a smile. Tabitha leaves to cherish her memory and to celebrate her life: her grandmother,Minnie Shepperd; her morn, Hazel Franklin; sister Anita Franks; brother, Danny Franks;brother, Brandon.
