Life Reflections Shirley Ann Wilson Wells was born October 111 1948 in St. Louis, Missouri. She was the oldest of two children born to Leroy and Mary Anna Wilson. Shirley attended Elzy R. Smith Elementary School in Robertson, Berkeley High School and Lindenwood College. At an early age Shirley was baptized at The First Missionary Baptist Church of Robertson under the leadership of Rev. James E. Butler. She remained there until approximately ten years ago, when she united with Greater Grace Church where Bishop Larry Jones is the Pastor. Shirley was the widow of Charles Wells. She was employed at Southwestern Bell Telephone. Company (AT&T), where she retired after 35 years of service. Shirley was a quiet, humble, extremely kind person who loved her family. She loved being busy at her crafts, painting, crocheting, decorating, shopping and traveling. She leaves cherish her memory: her loving daughter, Holly Woodard; her devoted sister, Rosemary Harmon (Edward)' one loving grandson, Bradley; two nieces, Alicia and Alana; one aunt, Marie Deshay; one brother-in-law, step-children, sisters-in-law, many cousins and dear friends who loved her. Her parents and husband preceded her in death. She passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Oak Knoll Care Center in Ferguson. Interment: Laurel Hill Cemetery2000 N.
