Sandra Helen Foster

ObituarySandra (Sandy) Helen Foster was born July 27, 1945 in St. Louis, MO to the union of Edward, Sr. and Julia Bell. Sandra was the third eldest of five children. Sandra's family moved to Webster Groves, MO in 1962. She graduated form Ursuline Girls Academy and attended Meramec Community College. Sandra later was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Randy Foster. Sandra was a loving and caring person. Who will always be remembered for her bright smile. Even though, Sandra battled many illnesses during the course of her life; she remained happy and positive. On March 12, 2012, God called Sandra home for a much needed rest. She leaves to mourn: four siblings, Edward Bell, Jr. (Patricia), Ronald Bell, Sr. (Etta), Karen Collins (Sister & Best Friend) and Todd Bell; As well as host of nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
