Robert Louis Brown, Jr.

Life Reflections Robbie L Brown was born in Si. Louis on March 27,1968. He was the 3rd of 4 children born to Robbie Louis Sr. and Georgia Ann Brown who preceded him in death. Robbie was born with Cerebral Palsy and his mother didn't find out until after he was a year old. When his mother understood his condition, she enrolled him in different programs that specialized in helping people with special needs. When Robbie turned 12 years of age, doctors told his mother he wouldn't survive pass the age of fourteen but, his unique soul proved them differently. Robbie's mother then enrolled him into the UCP Heartland program where he has been goingcurrently for 30 years so he could have a life outside of home. At the UCP Program they referred to him as Bobby because of his great sense of humor, flirtatious eyelash fluttering and winking at his favorite females. He loved to go for rides, walks in the park and visit his sister at the library. Robbie received his Certificate of Completion from the St. Louis Special School District. His parents had taken care of their of him for 49 years. He was never left home alone or with strangers. Before Robbie's mother passed she wanted to make sure that her son was going to be protected. This task was lovingly given to Robbie's father, his loving sister, a loving nieces to carryout her wishes.He leaves to cherish his memories: his father Robert Brown, Sr.; a loving sister Chalanda (Rick)loving niece, Charonda; loving great-nieces, Chordae and Shyla and a host of other relatives andfriends.
