Life Reflection https://www.facebook.com/1322209542/videos/318871436729108/ Raamah E. Thompson, Sr. was born on January 12, 1961 in Los Angeles, CA to the late Lloyd M. Thompson and the late Ella M. Thompson. lie was the 2nd of 5 children, brothers Lloyd, Anthony, Kevin, and Chris. Raa graduated from Berkeley Sr. High School in 1979 where he met and later married his high school sweetheart, Kim Brandon. They wanted to travel the world, so Raa joined the United States Air Force (USAF) in 1984. They have 2 children, Raamah Thompson, Jr. and Tiara Dennison. Raa later married his current wife, Angela Burton, and had their son, Lloyd Thompson and adopted three children, Chris, Tam and Lea. Raamah E. Thompson, Sr. passed away unexpectedly, on Saturday, November 20, 2021. As a decorated Veteran serving over 30 years for his country, his world travel dreams were realized while sewing at Nellis AFB -Nevada, Incirlik AB -Turkey, Dobbin AFB -Georgia, and Westover ARB -Massachusetts. 145gt Thompson had an exceptional military career and earned many military honors and accolades to include several Achievement and Accommodation Awards, Humanitarian Award, and finally the illustrious Meritorious Service Medal. Raa picked up a passion for cars from his dad and was the Consummate mechanic with the tenacity to tackle any mechanical challenge and the expertise to practically fix any issue. He was a true NASCAR enthusiast, proudly reminding everyone, "it is the most watched spectator sport"; However, his true obsessions were all things Star Wars and Star Trek, as well as being an avid Domino and Bid Whiz player. Yet nothing raised his blood pressure more than football of which he was a relentless, die-hard Stealers and Rams fan. Raa is survived by his wife, Angela Thompson and children, Lloyd, Chris, Tarn and Lea; Kim Thompson and son, Raa, Jr. and wife DaVita; grandchildren Lila, Raina, Raa III; and daughter Tiara Dennison and husband Corey and grandchild, Corey Jr; brothers, eldest brother, Lloyd Thompson, Jr. his wife Jocelyn, and their children Lynette, Reyallan and Chantel; Anthony Sr. his wife Gay, and their children Anthony H. wife Christine and Gabrielle and husband Courtney; Kevin Thompson his late wife, Patricia and their children Shalandrea, Kevin Jr., Adrian and Keyana and his youngest brother, Chris Thompson.
