Life Reflections Perry Louis Kilgore was born on September 24, 1948 in West Point, Mississippi to John Henry Kilgore and Beulah Kilgore. On April 21, 2020, Perry passed away peacefully at his home in O'Fallon, Missouri. He graduated from Ritenour Senior High School. he gave his life to Christ as a young man at Grace Missionary Baptist Church. He was drafted into the U.S. Army where he received several medals of honor while serving: The Bronze Star Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and Vietnam Campaign Medal. Anyone that knew him was enlightened by his military stories and the pride with which he served his country. Perry was a man with a huge heart, if he got it, you got it. He loved his wife and family very much, always putting them first. He was full of humor, fun and laughter, we said he should have been a comedian. He brought so much joy to our family. His most joy was muscle cars and hot rides. He loved spending time with his brother Micky by going to car shows. He was preceded in death by his father, John Henry Kilgore, mother, Beulah Kilgore, daughter, Kristin, brother, Peter Kilgore, nephew Brandon Kilgore and son-in-law, Corey Patrick, Sr. Perry leaves his loving memories to be cherished by his wife, Cynthia; Marlon (stepson); three daughters, Detri Kilgore-Patrick, Tammy Kilgore, and Chasity Kilgore; one son, Blake Kilgore; onebrother, Micky Kilgore (Pat); four sisters, Betty Mae Orr (Harold), Virginia Warren, Annette Kilgore-Bradley (Kevin) and Renete Kilgore; nieces, Jennifer Gardner (Cedric); Jocelyn Hickman (Andre}; Li' Micky (Shonte); nephews, Donte Warren, Kenyon Warren (Nikki), Darren Warren, Ryan Kilgore, Charron White, (Tony), Chrissy Leonard, John Orr and Danny Orr; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, many relatives and friends.
