Life's ReflectionsWe are joined together today to celebrate the life of our beautiful mother, daughter, sister, friend: Paulette McDaniel. Paulette was born to James Kenney (who preceded her in death) and Joy Kenney on October 23, 1958 in st. Louis, Missouri. She was the youngest of three children. At a very young age, Paulette discovered her passion for dancing and performed in a dance group called the "Little Peppers." Paulette was educated in the Ritenour School District and received her high school diploma from Ritenour High School in 1977. After high school, she continued her education at Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. In March of 1977, Paulette met Gerald McDaniel at a candy store that was owned and operated by his father. After a few years of courtship, they wed on November 1 L 1978. From this union, two children were born: Terrence McDaniel and Aaron McDaniel. Faith has always played a big part in Paulette's life. From a very early age, she accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior. She always testified the wonderful things God brought to her life and she was very thankful for the many blessings that had been bestowed upon her. Paulette was a faithful member of Faith Miracle Temple. Throughout her life, Paulette held several jobs and was a very valuable worker. In 2009, Paulette retired from Kirchner Block and Brick (currently Midwest Block) after 16 years of service. Paulette had many passions. She loved God, family, friendship, reading, going to the movies, and traveling. She was fortunate enough to travel to several beautiful destinations such as Hawaii, Mexico, and many countries in Europe. On June 18, 2013, The Lord called his daughter home to live in eternal bliss. Family and friends will always remember her as a kind and genuine person. Her kindness was so overwhelming, it was impossible not to love her. No one will ever be able to forget her sweet smile, hearty laugh, and giving personality. She was affectionately known as "Paul" and "Tee-Tee" by her family. Paulette is survived by her mother, Joy Kenney: sons, Terrence and Aaron McDaniel: sister, Pamela Akins (AI): brother, Keith Kenney: and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She will also be missed by her very spoiled canine companion, Ms. Beverly Ann McGillicuddy. Interment:Laurel Hill CemeterySt. Louis, MO 63130 .
