Patricia Spears

Life Reflections Mrs. Patricia Keller-Spears was born in Maplewood, MO on January 24, 1929. She was the sixth born of seven children. She was preceded in death by both parents, Samuel Keller and Leona (Lee) Laffoone-Keller. Also six siblings, Thelma, Thaoima, Alexander (son), Ideila (Ida), Beverly (Lil Duck), and Susan. Patricia, known as Fat to friends and as Patsy to family, was united in Holy Matrimony to Mr. Otis Spears on January 29, 1962. He also preceded her in death. There were no children from this union. Patsy was baptized at the Mount Zion Baptist Church in Richmond Heights, MO, under the leadership of the late Reverend fiddrnont. In later years, she and her husband united with the Kirkwood Church of God. She was a faithful member and a dutiful USHER, until her health began to fail. Aunt Patsy leaves her best memories to eight nieces: Marion (Betty) Meyers, Alice Washington of Cleveland, 0H, Sandra Johnson (Earnest), Sherrill Keller, Muriel Yandell, Patricia Booker, Carolyn Daniels, Nedra Jenkins (Bruce); three nephews: Beverly Keller, Jr. of Chicago, IL, Wilburn Keller (Mary Ann) of Bowling Green, KY and Minister Erroll Keller (Rhonda) of New Orleans, LA; seven step- children: Lois Juencain, Dorothy Figgous, Lorraine Wright, Maria Hurst (Luther), Aletha Berry, Homer Spears, Dunn Spears (Doris); she has a host of great, great, and great, great, great nieces and nephews.
