Nia Nicole Proctor

Life Reflection Nia Nicole Proctor, daughter of Suzette Nannette Proctor and Eric Lawrence Harden was born on April 30th, 1998 in Saint Louis Missouri. Nia's grandmother Ella Rose Proctor and grandfather Stanley L. Shepard preceded her in death. At an early age she professed her life to Jesus Christ and was baptized at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church. She attended Kirkwood High School and graduated in 2016. She briefly attended Saint Louis Community College.However, her love for cooking soon became a passion. Nia enjoyed preparing meals from scratch for her family and friends and had a love for scents and skin care. Nia had a beautiful smile and no matter what she was going through, you could always count on herto be there for you. She truly cared for people wholeheartedly. She was an amazing daughter, aunt,sister and friend. She loved spending time with her niece and nephews and would always greet them with hugs, kisses and of course that beautiful smile. If you have ever had a conversation with Nia,you knew she was a very intelligent, super sweet, mannerable young lady. She loved a good joke and would always send a meme through text. She loved watching documentaries, listening to music and loved to learn how things were made and exactly how they worked. She loved candles, lotions, body oils,sprays, perfumes and would always put something to your nose for you to smell. Nia could tell you what was in most of her skin care products and what each ingredient was being used for. A lot of herfree time was spent with her boyfriend and her best friend. She always looked forward to their double date nights. She always made sure you knew she loved you and expressed that before getting off the phone or with a hug and kiss. She was a very selfless and compassionate person. A lot of times she would put her needs and wants on the back burner just to make sure the people aroundher were okay. Her loving, kind-hearted spirit will truly be missed. Nia leaves behind her mother, Suzette N. Proctor; father, Eric Harden; sisters, Jamila Jones, Suzette L.
