Michael O'Shea Proctor

Life Reflection Michael O'Shea Proctor was born on August 9, 1970 in St. Louis, NO to Willie Mae Pettis and Warren Edward Clark, Sr. Michael has one brother Muron Clark who preceded him in death four grandmothers, two grandfather, two cousins Shawn Hams, Ruth Ann Williams who alsopreceded him in death. Michael aka Mike P&P-Bell was raised in Meachan Park. For starters Michael was anexceptional father and brother. I know that there was nothing he wouldn't do for his children/familyif he had it, we had it. Growing up he had a passion for music & football. PZell absolutely loved NY Jets; I don't care how many bad seasons they had he was unwavering, he never lost interestin his Jets as he would say Jets Nation. P-13eli absolutely enjoyed seeing people laugh and smile,he was the neighborhood come-dian, and no one could compete with him. Michael was kind andconsiderate, always thought of others he always sent cards on birthday/holidays to people thathe loved. Any and everything F-Bell put his mind and soul to he accomplished, like earning his COED later in life while living in Columbia, MO. Michael spent a great deal of time building and organizing his personal home library which he took great pride in that's called Proctor Nation Library(Where dreams come true). He worked on his library every day for hours because he was determined to make it the best personal library ever! Michael enjoyed his job driving school buses for 1st Student until he was no longer able to. My dad Michael Proctor Sr. was many things but most of a11 he was alwaysthere for his kids whenever they needed something he always came through.He was so thoughtful toward people, he checked in with me every morning telling me to have a good day and every night to tell me goodnight. Hewill always be in our thoughts we miss you pops.
