Michael's Life Reflections Michael Wesley Holland was born October 20, 1988 in St. Louis, Missouri, to Renda B. Wilson and Michael O. Holland, Sr. His grandparents Alice J. Wilson, George J. Wilson, Willie Jean Holland, Samuel Blockton and aunt Melda M. Wilson preceded him in death. Michael's mother brought him to church at House of Prayer of Holiness at the age of 9 months; as he grew up he was taught the truth about Jesus Christ, and he did confess with his mouth and believed in his heart that God sent Jesus to die for the sins of the world. Michael briefly attended Ritenour School District, during his sophomore year he transferred to North County Tech (general construction). He graduated in 2007. Michael attended Florissant Valley College in 2009. He worked several jobs during his life; UPS, Bi-State, Anna House Nursing home, Quik-Trip, Wilson Leather and DHL to name a few. Michael loved music and he was a musician. He was gifted to play the drums, piano and the keyboard. He played for several churches. Michael was a barber, hairstylist and he could cook. He would sometime surprise me (mama) and cookour dinner. Michael loved to eat. When he was younger (mama) told him to go to bed so he could stop eating. He even loved to watch the news as a child. Michael was very athletic, he played football, basketball and baseball for two different teams. He won trophies for baseball and also a Spelling Bee trophy. Michael was a people person, he never met a stranger. He loved Elderly people and he was a Granny's Boy. One of his favorite quotes was " It is what it is and it does what it Do". Michael departed this life on November 29, 2020. He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Renda B. Wilson; Michael O. Holland, Sr. (dad); children - four daughters, Marlie Michelle Ann Holland, Kameryn Renae Holland, Eliya Michelle Hull, Lyndon MacKenzie Holland; one son, Michael Seven Jahaan Holland; three brothers, Big Michael O. Holland, Michael 0, Jr. and Da-Vontre Holland; Cherese (play sister); and a host of uncles, Randell, Lamound, LaRon, and Dwon; aunts, Erma and Valerie; and cousins and friends.
