He weighted 6 lbs &. 6 ozs. McKegney was baptized upon arrival. He received lots of love with hugs and kisses and photo shots to share. While in his father's arms McKegney opened one eye so that he could see all the love and joy he brought into the room. At 6:50 p.m., McKegney was placed in his mother's arms to hold until his last breath. He leaves behind: parents, La- Tarra Fondren-Tompkins and Douglas Steward; Brother, Kyonte' who called him (Mikey); Grandparents, Sherry Tompkins (Arvell), Kevin and Cynthia Fondren, Brenda and Perry Steward; Uncles and Aunts, Tiffany, Kevin, Shawn, La-Toya, Michael, Brandon, and Lamont aand a Host of Great Aunts and Uncles, and dog, Zorra.
