Life ReflectionsLloyd Charles Peal, Sr. was the seventh child born to the union of James, Sr., and Mabel Peal on July 5, 1941, in St. Louis, :Missouri. He was preceded in death by both parents, three brothers James, Jr., Robert and Sylvester, and one sister, Josepliine. Charles attended school in the Krikwood School District, and later became emp[oyed with Benkins Moving and Distribution Company where he worked for over 30 years. He then mved his career to Winwell Distribution Company where he worked for seven years before retiring in 2005. Charles always honored and expressed his love for his wife, for there was no doubt that he loved her very much.Charles enjoyed many hobbies : riding his motorcycle, throwing horseshoes, hunting, fishing, corkball, playing dominoes, barbecueing, joking with friends, and makins sure his car was always clean adn shining. Charles was cery soft spoken, caring, and a loving man who loved life. He was a man of honor an conviction. Charles kept a smile on his face and one os his favorite sayings was, "I'm the biggest Peal you wouldn't want to swallow. " Everyone who met Charles remembered him and loved him becasue his heart and personality were genuine.Charles accepted the Lord as his personal Savior and was baptized in 2006 at the Richmond Heights Chruch of God by Pastor Miguel Brinkley. At his home church, Kirkwood Church of God, (where he atttended as a young child ), Charles was an Usher and a faithful Deacon. He worked eith the Transportation Ministry as well as the Food Pantry Ministry. Charles loved his church and performed many other duties when asked.Charles was a very special creation of God' and He wanted Charles to come home. So Charles packed up 67 years pf his life on Saturday, January 10, 2009, at 5:25 a.m., and departed this life, surrounded by his family and friends..Charles leaves to cherish precious memories, his beautiful and loving, devoted wife, Terri, five daughters: Charlesetta, Lucretia (Philip) Ivie, Patrice (Lamar) Ousely, Anesha, and Simone; three sons Lloyd, Jr, Jerome, and William (Sholanda) ; three sisters: Melva Jean (Lawrence) Cutts, Velma Simms, and Anitha Flemmings; two brothers : Donald (Ardes) and Larry (Dee); one sister -in-law, Mialona Johnson, 23 grandchildren, three great grandchildren, one special friend, Jack Clark, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
