Obituary Levi Graham Taggert, III was born March 27, 1963 in St. Louis, MO to the union of Emma D. Taylor and Levi G. Taggert, II. tie was the second of three children. Ills mother, Emma D. Taylor and his sister, Denise E. Taggert preceded him in death. tie received his education from St. Louis Public Schools. Lee accepted Christ in his life at an early age. Later, he met Velma Mitchell. From this bond, Sarah Taggert- Mitchell was born. Lee was a loving and caring father as well as an honest one. tie was known to always help people and he was a hard worker. Later on in life he met his significant other, Frencella Lovehart (AKA Wanda). tie was a labor entrepreneur. God called upon Lee on Saturday, March 23, 2013 to reside in his permanent home in heaven. Lee leaves to cherish: Itis only daughter, Sarah Taggert-Mitch- ell; his only grandson, Leon Mitchell-Williams; his significant other, Frencella Lovehart; his father, Levi Taggert, II (Charsetta Peal-wife); 3 sisters, Valerie Taggert-Jefferies (Juan Jefferies- husband), Tiffany rtawklns. Ashley Ilawkins: 4 brothers, Chris Zimmerman (Tammy Zimmerman-wife), Keonte Baldwin, Leon Taggert, and Craig Zimmerman; tie leaves a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, who loved him dearly.
