Lakisha D. Mason-Small

ObituaryMiss Lakisha D. Mason Small was born on October 10, 1987 to the late Eloise Moses and Kenneth Mason Sr. Miss Lakisha accepted the Lord, Jesus Christ as her personal savior at the age of seven, under the leadership of Rev Dr. James W. Atkins. Lakisha served on the Usher board and participated in the youth choir and church band. She was exceptionally bright and always a high achiever. As a member of the Gear Up Program, she received many scholarships and awards. Lakisha graduated Valedictorian of the Eskridge High School Class of2006. She later studied Nursing at the MO MET Center where she graduated top of her class in 2008. Lakisha was caring and had a heart for others. Her family as well as her church family.dearly loved her. Lakisha will be missed by all. Lakisha leaves to cherish her memory: Her three children, .lavon, .lania, and .lase all of S1. Holland of North Carolina; and a very special person who came into her life when she was a young lady, Ms Charletta Johnson who cared for her and her children.
