Joseph Pippens, Jr.

Life Reflections Joseph Pippens, Jr. was the fourth child of ten born to Joseph and Minnie (Reed) Shepperd in St. Louis, Missouri on September 15, 1955. Joseph Pippens, Jr. was a fun loving, caring and generous man, despite him having special needs. He was willing and ready to help anybody no matter who they were. He enjoyed bike riding, movies and watching day time stories. Joseph graduated from Litzsinger and Southview school district. After graduation Joseph worked for Lafayette Industries for a total of 15 years. Because of his illness, Joseph was moved to St. Ascension Community Center for Re- habilitation health. He attended Douglas Memorial Church Of God and Christ in Kirkwood. Joseph passed away in his sleep on May 26, 2020. Joseph is survived by his mother - Minnie Shepperd, sister - Theresa Pippens, brother - Danny Hughes, brother - Gary Pippens, sister - Deborah Pippens (deceased), brother - Rayford Taylor, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and his church family.
