Life Reflections Joseph Marion Banks was born December 1, 1969, in St. Louis, Missouri, out of love to Joseph Banks and Mary A. Banks. Joseph was the 3rd son of 7 children. In his early childhood years, you would find him performing for family as Michael Jackson.In his spare time he and his brothers bounded as members of the Boy Scouts Club. As a young man, he graduated from North West High School. He went on to attend our family's alma mater at Lincoln University. Throughout school Joseph enjoyed playing basketball. However,his passion in life was to be a barber. He loved to cut hair and taught the trade to others. In 1991, Joseph married Jamie Johnson. He was hardworking and a loving husband, father, son,brother and a charismatic people's person. Joseph confessed his love for Christ and often attended service at The True Light Missionary Baptist Church. Provisions were made for a family Lawn Care business before Joseph's transitioning, which will be continued in honor of his name. If you knew Joseph, then you have plenty of joyful, unscripted memoriesand the vision of his smile that will be captivated in our hearts forever.
