In Loving Memory of Joel JacksonSunrise: January 15, 1944 Sunset: September 14, 2015Joel Jackson was born January 15, 1944 in St. Louis, MO to Alfred Jackson, Sr. and Henrietta Kimble.His father Alfred Jackson, Sr. and his brother James Allen (Nick) preceded him in death.Joel attended the Kirkwood K-7 School District. Along with his many professions as a Juvenile Officer.He had a passion for motorcycles and was in the MAH-CHOO-PAH Motorcycle Club. Joel also had a fetish for collecting a variety of antique tea pots.Joel received an honorable discharge from the Armed Forces on the 14th day of July in 1965, he was alsoawarded a Silver Veterans Badge as an honor conferred by the Gran Lodge of the International Associationof Machinists and Aerospace Workers after 25 years of service. He also worked for standard Image Co in Crestwood for 10 years.Joel was a very loving, kind, generous soul. He was well loved by all those who knew him, the community had the utmost respect for him.Joel departed this life on September 14, 2015. He leaves to mourn his passing and cherish his memory: his Beloved mother, Mrs. Henrietta Kemble; his two sons, Darryl Davis and Keith Brown; his daughter Whitnee Tillman;two brothers, Alfred Jackson, Jr., and Elestla Tatum; four sisters, Patricia Ward, Joyce Coleman, Valerie Jones andEdythe Richey; and (step-daughter) Brenda Fields; two half-sisters, Maudie Foster and Ruth Ann Hogan; his lovingaunt, Bettie Jo Phillips; 3 grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. .
