James Lamar Wilson

Life Reflections James (Tody) Wilson was born on September 4, 1938 to Cecil McKinney and James (Uncle Pat) Wilson raised by grandparents Jessie and Carrie McKinney. On sister, Barbara Jean (Beadie) Wilson-Hawkins all of whom preceded him in death. James (Tody) was raused ub Robertson, MO. Tody received Christ at an early age at Family Founded McKinney Chapel Methodist Church. Graduated from Douglas High Schood, soon after joined U.S. Navy. Tody retired with honors from the U.S. Navy and Defense Logistics Agency after 20 plus years. We all salute and LOVE you. James (Tody) leaves to cherish his friend and wife, Carol Foy-Wilson; one son, Donald Wilson-Mahil; four grandchildren, Donald, Jr., Marshenna, Rickbinder and Derick Mahil; three great-grandchildren, seven step children, Erica Nolte, Robert, Anthony, Cherron Grace, Charles, Hakeem and Chanel Howard; a host of loving cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. James shall be remembered and loved by all. As Tody would say to all, "Don't nothing come to a sleeper but a dreamer".
