Life Reflections Our Beloved Father, Brother, Uncle, Friend. Giver and Soldier James "Charles" Green started his journey on April 8, 1952 in Altus, Oklahoma. He was born to Pearl Mae Walbert and James Charles Gillyard. He was the first of five children and was best known as Charles. Charles was raised in Altus, Oklahoma until the family moved to St. Louis in 1962. It was here that he met and married Cheryl Lynn Raines on April 24, 1971. Charles enlisted in the United States Marine Corp and served his country from 1971 until 1975. While in service to his country he received a Rifle Marksman Badge and National Defense Service Medal. Charles received an Associate of Sciences degree from Florissant Valley and that began his career as an electronic engineer. He used his education and experience toward many business endeavors. At the time of his demise he was the owner of AC & T Electronics. Charles was preceded in death by his grandparents, Romie Lee and Elnora Kirby, his mother, Pearl Mae Allen and three aunts and an uncle. He leaves to cherish his memory: Cheryl Green, (four children) Marie Dixon "Recey", Elnora Williams "Angel", Ivory Parker "P", and Erika Collier, (15 grandchildren), (four siblings) William Moseley, Sharon Tucker, Harold Moseley, Rickey Moseley and Gregory Moseley. Charles also leaves to cherish his memory a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, many friends, customers and business associates.
