Jimmy learned to work and make money, at the age of 9 years old he had saved $100 in his bank. Jimmy was an entrepreneur, he opened a mini-market and game room in Robertson, Missouri. fie also was a faithful member of Continental Social Club for many years. Jimmy was loyal to his friends. Preceding him in death is his loving mother, Gladys Stewart Cobb, his father, Wilson Robert Cobb, Sr., his brother, Thomas Walker, his brother Wilson Robert Cobb, Jr. fie leaves to cherish: one son, Arnold (Mookie) Carter; two daughters, LuCretia fiellems and LaWanda Trust; stepsons, Maurice Baker and Oney fiellems, Jr.; stepdaughter, Karen Kyles; seventeen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, one goddaughter; two brothers, Floyd Cobb and David Cobb; two sisters, Geneva Trice and Mary Ann Cobb; and a host of nephews, nieces and friends.
