Life Reflections of Herschell J. Turner Herschel J. Turner was born to the union of Mingo and Vertie Turner of f1enderson, Kentucky, the oldest brother of seven children. f1e professed a belief in Christ at an early age, truly a doer and believer of the word. f1erschell was also a veteran of the second World War. Herschell was united in f10ly Matrimony to Marva Reliford for over 50 years. f1e retired from the Chrysler Corporation as Material Coordinator in 1983 after 30 years of service. Herschell leaves to mourn: his wife, Marva; four sons, Victor Sr. and Timothy of St. Louis, MO, Lynn of Louisville, Kentucky, Marshall of Clarksville, Tennessee (Donald and Nicky preceded him in death); two brothers, Carl and Mingo (preceded him in death); sisters, Naomi (Warren) of Cleveland, Ohio and Mary (f1arold) Evansville, Indiana, (Maggie and Agnes preceded him in death); also 16 grand
