Creative BiographyThe life of Geraldine Dorsey, Our QueenMy mother was a widely loved-sometimes aggressive-beautiful and intelligent woman. She had a struggle with and addiction she overcame. She harbored the strength, throughGod, to become a better woman. She was caring, sociable, and could get along with any-one; from drug addicts to drug dealers; from Christians to non-Christians; from family tofriends.I will not waste anyone's time with a boring reflection of her vitae, her birthplace, or a listabout her many beautiful children and grandkids. Instead, I will tell you this: my motherwas born, she lived life through God, and she died still in God's arms. She harbored a strength I only have seen in my sisters. No matter what sickness or trials she faced, she had the courage-even on her deathbed-tosmile and be happy. Her resilience and immense heart made her one-of-a-kind, and I amglad to say her shortcomings were irrelevant, when I think of her passion as a wonderfulmother; her charm as a charismatic human being-her ability to adjust her outlook to positive in most negative situations. She disarmed you with her smile. She was "one-in-a-million" and had a million characteristicsin one person. The light God gave her will resonate and shine forever and never end, regardlessof her joining Christ. She is truly a Queen of Life.I Love You, Mom!Paul Dorsey .
