Frances Juanita Mohone

Life Reflections

Frances Jaunita Mahone was born in St. Louis, Missouri on April 22, 1948. Her parents were Mr. Lewis Thomas and Mrs. Florine Marie Thomas. Her parents have both preceded her in death. Her only siblings, her brothers, David Lowell Thomas and Lewis Karl Lee Thomas both preceded her in death. David's wife, Helen Marie Thomas, also preceded her in death. Our beloved mother attended Douglas High School in Webster Groves, Missouri.

At a young age, she attended and was baptized at the Nazarene Baptist Church in Webster Groves Missouri, under the leadership of the late Rev. Goosby with her parents. As an adult, her membership moved to Faith M B Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Henry Citchen. Our beloved mother rededicated her life to the Lord and was re-baptized under the leadership of her son-in-law, Bishop Cleaster Dean, and joined The New Covenant Outreach Missions Ministries Church where she served until her health failed her. At the tender age of 14, our beloved mother gave birth to her firstborn, Michael Anthony Thomas, who has proceeded her in death. In 1965 Frances married Mr. Lawrence C. Mahone who proceeded her in death, and to their union, birthed, Lawrence C. Mahone Jr, "Frankie", Kenneth Mahone, Rhonda (Cleaster) Dean, and Edward (Lisa) Mahone.

Although our Matriarch fought very hard and gave cancer a severe black eye, God called our warrior home to rest on August 10th, 2023. She leaves to mourn her passing; Lawrence Mahone Jr. "Frankie" and his sons, Lawrence Mahone 111, Keyshone Mahone, and Ryan Mahone. Kenneth Pollard Mahone. Rhond (Cleaster)Dean and her children, Serita Florine Mahone,(Brandon Mahone Kendrick Newborn, and Natalie Newborn), Andrew Xavier ("raja) Mahone an Emmanuel Travon Dean, Edward Clovice (Lisa) Mahone and their children Ladisa, Sadalie, and ZJuanita. Edward's son from his first marriage, Eyaan Mahone, and also Malachi and Nadia. Michael's children, Sean (Nisi) Thoma and kids, Nicole Thomas, Marcus Jones, and Gerald Parker. Momma's only nephew Deidrich Thomas and his children, Deidrich Thomas, Daylen Thomas, and Draiten Thomas. Her cousins Burnetta "Chicken" Bankston and her children, Leroy Williams Jr, and other cousins and family members.
