She attended elementary school and graduated from Beasley High School. After moving to St. Louis, Missouri sheworked at The Workshop for 30 years until she retired. Flora was introduced to the Lord in Mississippi when she attended Robinson Chapel CME Church at anearly age. After relocating to St. Louis, she attended Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church with her mother, later they transferred to Eternal Light Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend JuniorParker. After the passing of her mother, she united with Divine Healing Assembly Church under the leadership of her sister, Pastor Izola Toy. Flora was the quiet, shy one, between her and Lu. tier favorite pastime was watching "her preacher"and St. Louis Cardinals baseball. She leaves to cherish all our precious memories: her sister, Izola Toy; and her brother, Anthony Brown;her niece, Catina Toy; her great nephew and niece, Joseph Hayes-Toy and Trinitee Rainey; her aunt, Hattie; uncles Charlie, Chester, and Litton; flora loved and was loved by all her relatives and friends. God decided to reunite Flora with her soulmate, her sister, Lu on Thursday, November 25, 2021. So our hearts can hear her make that statement one more time "Flora is fine".
