Life Reflections Donald Eric Gamer, Sr. was born on April 27, 1931 in St. Louis, Missouri. He was the third of thirteen children born to Harold and Julia Garner. Donald was preceded in death by both parents, two brothers, Roland and Harry and two sisters, Juanita and Nonna. Donald was educated in the Ritenour School District and attended Sumner High School. He joined the Anny after High School serving his country in the Korean War. He retired from D.W. Sloss Construction Company in 1986. Donald has been a respected resident in the City of Wellston, Missouri for over 40 years. He was actively involved in the City of Wellston as a politician since 1979 until his passing on December 25,2009. He served as the Councilman of the 3rd Ward for the City of Wellston for over 25 years. Donald's precious and very special memories are left to be shared by: his children, Terry, Donald Jr., Linda, Daren and Lisa; two brothers, Harold (Georgia) and Thomas (Rosie); six sisters, Shirley, Veda, Nancy, Evelyn, June (Lonnie) and Vera; five grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
