Dolores Diane Reed-Jones

Reflection of Life

Dolores Reed-Jones gained her wings on September 9, 2024 at the age of 85.  She was born on April 26, 1939 in Aberdeen, MS to the late Barry and Marie Killiebrew.

Dolores Was a loving mother, wife and an amazing cook.  Dolores took great pride in caring for her family and those she loved so dearly.  Family was always her main focus and priority and that continued until the very end.

Dolores loved to draw at an early age and graduated from Sumner High School where she met and became very good friends with the Legendary Tina Turner.

Dolores loved shopping, going to church and socializing with family friends.  Dolores was the true matriarch of the family.

Dolores was blessed with and leaves to cherish in her memory:  her husband, Leonard Jomes, 1 son Mario Christian Bradford, 1 granddaughter, Paris Nicole Bradford, 3 great-grandchildren, Anila Odgen,

Eli Patterson and Tahj Jones, Je.; 6 sisters, Barrietta Bronson, Carl Austin (Cres), Shirley Banks, Jean Johnson (Steve), Connie Williams (Don) and Rita Killiebrew; 2 brothers Ricky Killiebrew and Ralph Killiebrew (Wilma) and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.  Dolores was preceded in death by her parents and 1 sister, Wilma Jean Killiebrew.
