The Shining Light Cynthia Diana Nichols-Marshall was born August 9,1963 in St Louis, Missouri to the late Martha Jean Nichols and Ambrose Nichols, Jr_ of St. Louis, Missouri. Cynthia confessed her love for our heavenly father at an early age and was baptized at 12 years old by thelate Rev. Robert 5. Johnson, iSr at her home church The First Missionary Baptist Church or Robertson Missouri where she was a member until her passing. Cynthia met and grew up with her best friend and now husband Maurice. L. Marshall. They united in holy matrimony on September 3. 1988. To this union two beautiful daughters were born Marva L. Marshalland Maurnice L. Marshall 'CeCe". For her love of children, Cynthia opened an in-home daycare for 13 years until became sick. In 2013, she then picked up her passion for baking and started baking for family and friends. On July 1, 2020, Cynthia was placed on dialysis due to Kidney failure and doing dialysis three days a week. Her Father and mother Ambrose Jr. and Martha Jean Nichols, both sets of grandparents Lester and Arlene Michael, Ambrose Sr and Amanda Lee Nichols, one nephew William Henry Nichols, a mother-in-loveEssie Lee Marshall, one brother-in-love Marvin T. Marshall, one grandmother-in-love Issie Lee Townsend,a best friend Shirley Quinn. a host or aunts, uncles and cousins all proceeded her in death. Cynthia Diana Nichols-Marshall began her eternal life with the Lord on Friday, December 10. 2021,with God's Grace and Mercy. She leaves to cherish her love: a husband of 33 years Maurice L Marshall, two beautiful daughters,Marva L Marshall and Maurnice L. Marshall (CeCe); Two brothers, Tony 0. Nichols, Sr, (Leslie), Carlos V. Nichols (Lisa); one sister, Ebony M. Nichols; one god-sister Taylor Floyd; two god-sons, Ian Carter and Grant Berry; Four god-daughters, Kayla Luckett, Riley Johnson, Johzara Littleton and lyana Carter; three brothers-in-love, Brandon Marshall, Vicent Marshall and Malcolm Marshall (DeAnda);one sister-in-love, Karen Kyles; one Aunt Laverne Nichols; Three uncles, Walter (Linda).
