Climmer Lorraine Wright

July 5, 1947 — November 7, 2022

Climmer Lorraine Wright was born July 5,1947, in St. louis, Missouri. She was one of eight children born to the late Juanita (Ramsey) Spears and Otis Spears.


Lorraine grew up in the Meacham Park neighborhood where she met and later married the late Andrew Greer. To this union, her daughters, Linda and Angela were born.


Lorraine first came to know Christ at the Church of God in Christ of Meacham Park she accepted Him as her Lord and Savior at an early age, under the leadership of the late Pastor Sherman. Drane. She was a devoted member and sang in the church choir.


Lorraine was a very talented and creative person that loved to express herself through various art forms such as cosmetology, singing, modeling, fashion, and interior design.


Lorraine later married her husband, David E. Wright, of Kirkwood, MO., joining their families with his two daughters Andrea and Crista. They spent 22 wonderful years together until his passing.


Lorraine worked for Chrysler Corporation until her retirement after 25 years of dedicated service. Lorraine was blessed to spend her remaining years enjoying time with her friends and family who loved her dearly.


On Monday, November 1, 2022, the Lord called His faithful servant Lorraine home. Lorraine lived in her home until her last day. She was the matriarch of her family and was loved and respected by all that knew her.


Climmer Lorraine Wright leaves to cherish her legacy daughters Linda Hayden and Angela Greer; Grandchildren: Latrice (Katon) Stephenson, Ceara Brown and Kenneth Stewart; Great Grandchildren: Kylin and lanai Stephenson; Siblings: Alowia Juengain, Maria (Luther) Hurst, Althea Berry, Dorothy Figgous, Homer Spears, Dunn (Doris) Spears and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
