Obituary Clara Ann Cobb was born March 4, 1942 in Saint Louis, Missouri. She departed her earthly home on December 8, 2009. She is preceded in death by her husband Wilson Robert Cobb, her mother, Virginia Reed and father WIlliam (Sonny) Alonzo Reed, also her grandson, William Henry Nichols and her aunts and uncles. Clara Ann attended Fairmont Elementary School and graduted from Soldan High School in 1960. She worked for Overalnd Meical Center for many years and retired in 2007, from Graham Packing where she worked for over 30 years. The First Missionary Baptist Church of Robertson since the age of 12. She was baptized and worked with the Pastor's Supper Ministries. Clara enjoyed her church and being among her family and friends. She was a diligent hard worker for many years. Clara Ann was very passionate about her family and friends. She always found ways to get her family together to have good times whether it was going to free concerts or to just gatherings up to pick "Polk Salad." Clara Ann taught us that hard work will payoff in due time and nothing was more important than family. A true display of unconditional love was portrayed throughout Clara's life with a strong savory of granting wishes. Mrs. Cobb will beyond a doubt be missed, and always loved. Clara Ann passed from this life on Tuesday, December 8th, 2009, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO at 6:45 a.m. Special loved ones to cherish many memories are: Her children, Ms. Angela Chase, Ms. Cynthia Parks, Ms. Selena Smith all of St. Louis, MO, Mr. James Neath (Kendra) Plano, TX; She also leaves to cherish her beloved Roosevelt (Sam) Billups; along with her'sister, Mrs. Betty J. (Kenneth Nunn), Mrs. Ruth C. (Clifford Fultz), Ms. Althea N. Johnson, Ms. Rauchel A. Reed (Gary), all of St. Louis, MO. She also leaves 14 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, her nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. Her Favorite Scripture 23rd Psalm 4: Yea, though I walk throught the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
