Charles Edward Ladd Ii

Charles Edward Ladd, II. .. was born October 27, 1988 in Saint Louis, Missouri. He was the first born son of Charles Edward Ladd and Karen Marie Fletcher-Blair, whom both preceded him in death. Charles' grandfather Thomas Gatlin also preceded him in death. He was educated in the Saint Louis Public School System. He confessed a hope in Christ at an early age and was a member of Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church. As a young child, Charles was very active as an Usher in church. Charles was blessed with two lovely daughters-Jordan Renee Ladd and Janiyah Marie Ladd. He had one special friend Shaneka "Nikki" Kelly. Charles was a loving and caring person who always kept a smile on his face. He brought joy to any room he entered and could keep you laughing. He enjoyed spending time with his daughters, family and friends. His favorite saying was, "Don't worry bout it, I gotcha!" He also enjoyed detailing cars. God called Charles home on Sunday, January 11, 2009 with his loving Grandmother Rosie by his side. Although Charles is gone, 75 families were blessed by receiving his donated organs. Charles leaves to cherish his memory his loving and devoted Grandmother: Rosie Gatlin, Grandmother: Frances Ladd, Great Grandmother: Hattie Grant, three loving sisters: April Tucker, Sherry Trexler and Kalena Blair. A special uncle: James (Beverly) Lyon and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Our Father which art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. Internment:Saint Peters Cemetery .
