ObituaryBruce Bernard Williams was the second of three children born in Saint Louis, Missouri to the union of Leon and Roberta Williams on December 12th, 1949. Both parents and his older brother preceded him in death. Bruce professed a hope in Christ at an early age. He was educated through the Saint Louis Public School District to which after graduation from Beaumont High School he enlisted and served in the United States Army for three years. Upon his return from the Army, he dated and married Rosalind Penton (Williams) on August 3rd, 1975. Bruce was a quiet man; nonetheless, always a pleasure to be in the company of. Always faithful to his promises, he was loving and kind spirited willing to give a helping hand to anyone in need. Bruce peacefully departed this life on January 1st, 2014 with no worries and no regrets. He leaves to cherish his memories: a devoted wife of 38 years, Rosalind Williams; one sister of Saint Louis, MO, Deborah Martin; a mother-in-law, Hazel Bailous; three broth- ers-in-law. Ronald Penton (Susan), Lari Harris (Marianita), and Maurice Harris; one sister-in-law, Rose Maria Estell (Pastor Sam Estell); one niece, 3 nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
