Bobbie Jean Mccline

Life Reflection

Our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Bobbie Mccline , born Bobbie Jean Spiller on March 18, 1953 in Indianola, Mississippi to Olivia and McKinnely Spiller, Sr passed away on July 21, 2024. She was proud of the work her mom accomplished growing kids up in Mississippi and her father served as a soldier in World War II.

Bobbie was preceded in death by five dear siblings: Shirley Spiller, Maxine Mccline (married to Elvis McCline, Sr.), McKinnely Spiller III, Lucky Spiller and Richard Lane Spiller.

Bobbie was married to her beloved husband, Oscar McCline, Jr. for over 20 years before he preceded her in death in 2004. They had 4 children: Jackie Spiller, Lasonya Spiller, Oscar Mccline III (married to Keshia Mccline), and Jamarcus McCline (deceased). She has 3 grandchildren; LeAndre Siggers, London McCline, and Oscar McCline IV. She is also survived by one beloved brother, Artis Ray Spiller, Sr. of Cleveland, MS (married to Dinetha Spiller). She was a wonderful grand-mother who had a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was honest and giving, but most of all, she was very sweet and didn't bite her tongue when speaking up for what was right. She took great pride and joy seeing her kids excel and do well in school and staying out of trouble. She stayed to herself and never went anywhere where she would not be respected. She taught her family to be tough and to treat everyone equal. Friends and family will greatly miss her.
