Life ReflectionsBilly Ray Butler was the second child of Ernest J. Butler and Earlean Johnson born on March 8, 1951 in Forest, Mississippi. They moved to st. Louis, Missouri in 1956, where he attended Smith Elementary School in Robertson, Missouri and graduated from Berkeley Senior Nigh School in Berkeley, Missouri. Billy Ray served his country in the United States Navy for 13 years. He married Genova Blackwell; one son was born. rle worked for ftussman Refrigeration for many years and retired from doing odd jobs in 2013. Billy wasa very loving and giving person who always gave you laughter. rle will be truly missed by everyone who knew him. He leaves to cherish his loving memories: his mother, Earline Butler; his wife, Geneva Blackwell; one son, Leonal C. Blackwell; four sisters, Mary, Patricia (Lafayette), Ethel and Dorothy; five brothers, David, 'George, Tommie (Marguita), Sammie and Daniel (Vonetta); one aunt, rtazelean: one uncle, Wilbert; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and close friends.
