Life Reflections Bertha Lee WiIIiams was born August 11,1929 Bertha accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at the Antioch Baptist Church in Tchula, MS. She came to Robertson, Missouri in 1948, where she united with the First Missionary Baptist Church of Robertson under the pastorate of Reverend James E. Butler. Bertha sang in the choir, was a member of the Lelia M. Smith Missionary Circle, and served over 55 years on the Usher Board until her illne She was employed for many years at the Holiday Inn and Executive Inn and retired as a housekeeper. Bertha loved her children and other family members, and always referred to them as her "very best friends". She leaves to cherish her memory: three sons, Jerry (Josephine) Williams, James (Rose) Green, Perry (Juanita) Green; four daughters, Betty Williams, Lucille (Charles) Stewart, Genice McKay, and Shirlene Green; three stepchildren: Nicholas (Gertrude) Williams, Freddie (Ericka) Williams, Katie (Terry) Allen; one sister, Francedine (Richard) Smith of Chicago, IL; two brothers: R.C. And Eugene (Dora) Williams of St. Louis, MO; 47 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren, 21 greatgreat-grandchildren; one sister-in-law, three daughters-in-law, one son-in-law; a goddaughter, Yvonne Jackson; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who loved her. .
