Anthony W Nebbitt

Life Reflections Anthony William Nebbitt was born November 13, 1948 to William J. Nebbitt and Beatrice Harris Nebbittin St. Louis, MO. He was affectionately known as Bubby by his family and close friends. Later in life he likedto be called Tony but more recently reverted back to his childhood nick-name Bubby. Bubby truly loved "Beatles" music. Bubby was educated in the Maplewood Richmond Heights school district from which he graduated. Aftergraduation he went to live with his grandmother, Carrie (Momma), aunt (Annie) and cousins until he was drafted into the military. During his military tenure with the U.S. Marine Corps, Bubby was promoted to the rank of corporal and receivedthe Bronze Star medal (with Combat "V"). lie received an honorable discharge from the military. After the military, Bubby began his employment with Emerson Electric where he worked until his retirement. Bubby departed this life on August 21, 2021 surrounded by his family, Michelle and Joe in the comfort of their home.His parents and brother Raymond preceded him in death. Bubby leaves to cherish his memory: his siblings, Carolyn Nebbitt Johnson, Corliss, Kathy, William, Raynard and Kevin;a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends and two special friends, Robert Commack and Greg Nail.
