Annette Mitchell

Life Reflections Annette Mitchell was born October 17, 1938 in St. Louis, Missouri to Noble D. Mitchell and Myrtle M. Simmons. As a child she gave her life to Christ and was baptized at Liberty Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend Obadi Jones. Annette moved to Elmwood in 1968 and attended Elm-wood School where she was a part of the Little Peppers Dancing Group under the leadership of Cleara Brooks. In 1970 she joined St. Luke A.M.E. Church under the leadership of Reverend Nathaniel Harper. Annette was a resident at Stonebridge Nursing Nome for many years. On May 19, 2020 Jesus called her home to be with Him in Paradise. Annette leaves to cherish her memories: her brother, Richard (Ginger) Mitchell and sister, Reverend Geraldine (Donald) Fair; an aunt, Katherin Harden; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
