Andrew Oliver Shepperd, Jr.

Life Reflections Andrew Oliver Shepperd, Jr. was born on September 15, 1938 to Andrew O. Shepperd, Sr. andLucille Isby-Shepperd. He attended Lincoln Elementary School as a child and Douglas High School in his teen years. Hegraduated from Maplewood High School in 1956. He accepted Christ at an early age and was Baptizedat Mr. Zion Missionary Baptist Church of Richmond Heights by Rev. James E. Fiddmont, Sr. In 1957, heenlisted in the United States marine Corps and received an honorable discharge. He was married to Ocie McCullough and from that union a daughter was born - Crystal Shepperd. Hissecond marriage was to Pearl Williams and a son was born - Mark Shepperd. He has a second son -Marian Anderson. He has two stepdaughters - Jackie and Kathy White. Preceding him in death were hisparents, his stepfather, L.C. Crawford, his half-sister Monica Shepperd-Edwards, and his nephew KendrickShepperd. He leaves two sisters; Janet (Nathaniel), Marian (Robert), and two half-brothers, Ricky (Sharon) andEric, Shirley Fantroy and Richard Lightfoot (Anita) and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousinsand friends.
