Alice Mae Johnson was born February 3, 1947 to Willie G. Wallace and Mary Adalaide Wallace in Saint Louis, Missouri. Two of her brothers, Willie G. Wallace Jr., and Ronald Brown, two children, Darnele and Jamelle Johnson, one grandson, Prince Hammonds, one nephew, Ronald, Jr. and niece, Kendra Brown all preceded her in death. .
