Life ReflectionMrs. Hattie (Penny) Alexander-Chambers was born October 20, 1964 to the union of Bobby Lee Hall and Charlene Hall, in St. Louis, Missouri. Penny was educated in the St. .uis Parochial School System and graduated from Mercy High School in University City. She earned a Bachelor's in Business from Stephen College. Penny was a Tax Law Expert and Certified Payroll Professional, having recently earned her CPP Certification. She worked for the Internal Revenue Service and AT&T from many years and most recently for Post Foods. Penny was united in holy matrimony to the Love of her Life, Mr. Charles E. Chambers on September 22, 2014. Hattie joined her husband and became a member of St. Matthew C.M.E. Church. She was supportive of the church and enjoy-ed participating in the Women's Day Choir. Penny was a devoted daughter, sister and very loving niece, auntie, godmother and friend. She took her "Duties" as the oldest child and "Big Sister" very seriously. Penny took very good care of her family, especially her parents, siblings, aunts and her husband Charles. Penny loved life; she enjoyed shopping, traveling and fine dining. She was a gracious host and she and Charles loved entertaining family and friends. She transitioned into eternal rest on Friday, May 12, 2017. She leaves to mourn her passing, but cherish her memory: her husband Charles, mother Charlene, sisters: Trisha, Jackie and Stephanie, nieces: Lakia, Sierra and Damiana, nephews: Patrick and Patrick Jr., aunts: Annie Lee, Catherine, Joanne and Peggy, step-children: Adrienne and Jamaal, sisters-in-law: Mandell, Sandra and Josie, god-children: Neville, Marietta, LayShawn and Manna, sister friends: Tamiko, Mavis, Sarah and Denise and a plethora of cousins very dear to her heart, other family and friends.
